1. Overview & Acceptance

Welcome to LumiGlowFlair ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or making a purchase on our website (lumiglowflair.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please review these provisions carefully before executing any transactions.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and merchants engaging with our boutique storefront. If you do not consent to all conditions contained herein, you should not access our digital platforms or utilize our concierge services.

2. Boutique Catalog & Pricing Accuracy

We strive to present garment silhouettes, color palettes, and fabric compositions with absolute precision. However, variations in individual display screens may slightly affect color perception.

All pricing is listed in United States Dollars (USD) and is subject to revision without prior notification. LumiGlowFlair reserves the unilateral right to rectify inadvertent typographical, typographical, or clerical inaccuracies regarding product descriptions, stock levels, or pricing, including the right to cancel or adjust affected orders prior to final transit release.

3. Order Processing & Domestic Fulfillment

By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to our fulfillment operational structure:

• Processing Window: Orders require 1 to 3 business days for verification and packaging. Our distribution hubs operate strictly Monday through Friday. Parcels are not prepared, processed, or released on weekends or recognized U.S. federal holidays.
• Distribution Hubs: To maintain access to specialized tailoring and silhouettes, orders are fulfilled across our domestic U.S. facilities and curated overseas logistics hubs. Deliveries across the continental U.S. require approximately 7 to 12 business days following dispatch.
• Delivery Address Responsibility: The client is solely responsible for entering exact address designations (including unit, apartment, or suite numbers). Once an order enters warehouse intake or carrier transit, route adjustments cannot be guaranteed.

4. 14-Day Return & Cancellation Framework

Garment returns are governed strictly by our boutique Return Policy:

• Returns must be formally initiated with our Client Concierge within 14 calendar days of carrier-confirmed parcel delivery.
• Garments must remain in pristine, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with all designer tags, seals, and original inner protective wrap intact.
• All returns require an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and must be dispatched to our designated intake facility. Unauthorized packages dispatched to the external parcel label address cannot be recognized or refunded.

5. Intellectual Property & Brand Ownership

All creative collateral, including text, editorial visuals, size diagrams, user interface design, logos, graphics, and underlying source assets appearing on lumiglowflair.com are the exclusive intellectual property of LumiGlowFlair or its respective licensors.

No component of this website may be duplicated, reproduced, distributed, republished, or exploited for external commercial use without explicit, written consent from LumiGlowFlair management.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

LumiGlowFlair shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to access our services or website, or from unforeseen carrier shipping delays beyond our reasonable operational control.

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations or claims arising out of your relationship with LumiGlowFlair shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
